Services provided: Worked with this angel stage client to identify their target market(s) and then close those tough first deals. Engaged just as they were targeting the Chief Learning Officer market in large enterprises. Given the long sales cycle, relative maturity of Hummingbird and the funding position we quickly switched the focus to SMB and expanded the offering to include business group leaders who personally felt the pain from the lack of good training and learning for their teams.
