Nathan Heck

Nathan Heck is a proven international management and development executive with consulting, telecommunications, engineering, construction, retail, logistics, and export experience who builds industry-leading programs, teams, and companies.  He makes an impact when high growth, team creation, turn around, and execution are imperative.  Nathan is an advisor and board member in the varied spaces of construction, behavioral science, and cyber security.  His most recent C-Level role was CEO of Resource Recycling Technologies (RRT), a light industrial copper extraction, trading, and export company where he led the company from less than $1M to over $225M in annual revenues in under five years. He also grew profits over 100X and staff from start up to over 2,200 full time and contract employees.  Mr. Heck built RRT from a single location in Phoenix to 27 warehouses and factories across the US, France, England, China, and The Philippines.

Nathan has over twenty five years of experience in corporate growth and change management.  Prior to joining RRT, Mr. Heck served as Director of Technology / Strategy / Integration at Corbis – a technology, digital image storage and sale company.  There he drove activities to organize and grow domestic operations while integrating acquisitions in Germany, England, and France.  Prior to that Mr. Heck had great success as a Senior Business Consultant for Siemens Healthcare advising organizational, business functions, and disaster recovery solutions for large multiple hospital entities.

Nathan has extensive experience in general management, organizational restructuring, start-ups, technology development, policy & procedure development / improvement, explosive expansion and growth both domestic and international.  He serves as a member of both profit and non-profit Boards. Mr. Heck has a BBA in Finance, Marketing, and Business Administration with highest academic and athletic honors from Temple University and an MBA in International Finance with high honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Nathan has been married to his high school sweetheart, Francine, for 24 years.  They live in Washington State and have two boys both attending Cornell University and a daughter at Eastlake High School.  In his leisure time, Nathan enjoys golf and coaching soccer.
