Andy is a senior General Manager and Sales Executive with blue chip experience and an entrepreneurial approach to creating solutions, innovating and driving top-line and revenue growth. Andy’s experience cuts across a host of industries and verticals including aviation, travel, financial services, BPO, and SaaS/PaaS/Cloud businesses. His deep domain expertise in sales strategy, sales effectiveness and execution include all verticals and span the globe where he has managed sales worldwide. His sales effectiveness expertise include sales training, incentive compensation plan design, CRM usage, pipeline, sales analysis, lead generation, business development, proposals and presentations, deal pitches and term sheet and contract negotiation.
Andy also has GM, P&L, and change management experience as the GM of American Express corporate travel in North America, the largest travel management company in the world. In this role he successfully led the transformation of the business model and economic model. Andy also honed expertise in Cloud, SaaS, PaaS as the head of revenue for a cloud commerce company in San Francisco, managing two lines of business, and executing and managing deals with channel partners and direct customers. His experience includes: Sr. Managing Director at US Airways; VP Sales and Marketing, Travel One (where he played a key role in growing revenues 3X in 3 years and sold the company to American Express); VP Sales & Marketing, American Express; SVP and GM North America, American Express; Head of Sales Worldwide, American Express; and Head of Revenue at Deem, a cloud commerce company.
