Andy is currently Co-founder of CREW, a community of C-level executives committed to revolutionizing leadership. Prior to CREW Andy was CEO of the Adelman Travel Group businesses: Adelman Travel & Technology, which provides digital services, full service, concierge services, professional services and meetings & events services to companies of all sizes; Food & Wine Trails, which provides epicurean European cruise experiences; Chamber Discoveries & Adelman Discoveries, which provide affinity group travel via European river cruise and ocean cruises; and Adelman Vacations.
Andy has a passion for travel, technology, transformation and energizing an organization around the mission of hiring great people and creating an environment where great people can do great things for our customers, their careers, and our company.
Andy was formerly a Partner at Altus Alliance, Head of Worldwide Sales at American Express, and the GM and Head of Business Travel for American Express in North America.
