Che has held leadership positions in management consulting, strategy, business development and sales for global consulting firms such as CGI and Milliman, for startups, and through his own consulting practice. His clients include Fortune 500 corporations, governments, academic institutions, media, and tech startups in travel, finance, real estate, dining delivery, ecommerce, and healthcare across North America and Asia.
In healthcare, Che has advised digital health, wellness/fitness and medical device companies, providers, public and private payers/insurers on matters relating to strategy, operations and technology. These include developing new Go-To-Market strategies based on impacts of regulatory requirements and changes, leading sales and business development for early startups and for those entering new international markets, and developing data-driven solutions for payment integrity or redressing unnecessary healthcare utilization. Prior to his business career, Che worked on healthcare policy issues at the local, state and federal level. His knowledge of the Affordable Care Act, Medicare, Medicaid, in-home care, and shift toward value-based care prove to be an asset for healthcare clients.
Che holds an A.B. in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College, studied at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. In his free time, Che can be found skiing, hiking, cooking, bio-hacking, globe-trotting and searching for the best Cortado. Che is also a certified Korean interpreter, volunteer of nonprofit boards and government committees, and a deacon at his church.
