Don Gracy has 25+ years in executive sales, marketing and operations roles from successful companies such as General Electric, EMC, Cisco, NTT-Dimension Data, CA Technologies, Parametric Technology Corporation, and Hubbell. He also founded Sales and Leadership Excellence (SLX), a sales transformation services firm that specializes in complex sales process design, assessments, coaching, training, and consulting to help clients dramatically increase their sales and marketing productivity. SLX clients have included large high-tech companies such as Siemens PLM Software, MSC Software, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Oracle/Sun, Cisco Systems and several of their small, medium and large systems integrators.
Don holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, graduated from GE Corporate’s two-year Technical Sales Leadership Program during the Jack Welch era, and completed executive education courses at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been a member of the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), and is a certified Business Coach and Sales Trainer. He is an avid real estate investor and youth baseball and basketball coach. Don lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children.
