Shane’s career began in sales and marketing with Johnson & Johnson. He went on to become founder and owner of a national healthcare firm, followed by a venture into the world of international franchising in sports. Additionally, Shane was responsible for launching an international design & manufacturing firm in sustainable apparel. Throughout these endeavors Shane transported and perfected his gift of driving revenue across B2B and B2C ventures. Also versed in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Omni-Channel, Shane has combined his skills with the proven methodology of Altus, operating often as lead to complimenting partner in challenging engagements.
Shane holds a BBA in Marketing from Tarleton University and completed executive MBA / OPM program at Harvard Business School. Shane highly values family and adventure, was raised on a working ranch in Texas with all the color and life lessons that brings. He can often be found on his bike, on a mountain, or in a design studo.
